The vast majority of mods come with a “.pak” file that needs to be pasted into the game folder. However, it’s rather easy to install mods manually. Even Nexus’ Vortex, at the moment, doesn’t support the game. but yet so far.3) Conclusion How to Install F1 Manager 22 ModsĪt the time of writing, there are no mods managers available for the installation of mods in F1 Manager 22. Should I uninstall the old 2012 Trackpack?Īgain thanks to all who suggested some solutions. I tried searching through CSM the mod configurables, where I could choose which trackpack I would like to use, but somehow this is not in the list!!! so 2018 mod was installed without problems.īUT I could not find the 2018 trackpack, which I believe had come together with the 2018 mod by phantaman. However, the time came to install CSM 2018 mod (I believe our dear friend phantaman was one of the main guys to upload this file on GP4. I continued installing a Trackpack next, through ZaZ Tools TSM, & installed 2012 Trackpack, again ALL worked fine!!!!! Starting by my favourite old CSM 2013 mod. so I do NOT have problems with the graphics or shadows anymore, so with regards to graphics, this was solved 'by itself' with this fresh installation on a different hard drive partition!!! Don't ask me, but it worked!! & mind you I do not 'play around' Windows settings or anything that has to do with the OS.Īnyway, so once AGAIN, I decided to uninstall everything, & installed GP4 + ZaZ Tools on a different partition. I even used CC Cleaner, which supposedly repaired some stuff. but myself being a 'roookie' in Computers, don't know how to fix this. With regards to the above, I tried reading & understanding all of your kind suggestions & possible solutions.Įither I did not understand or something did not function, as GP4 through ZaZ tools was not running! I am suspecting that I could have something wrong with the Windows registry. So again, I am not sure if I did the correct tweaking here, or I should not have edit the settings here in the first place. I changed both to my monitor resolution to read a resolution of '1920 x 1080'. The original settings circled in red were as follows '1024 x 768' & ' 800 x 600'. ġ:- Shadows behind the other cars as seen below, & very unclear graphics, not so sharp graphics.Ģ:- extreme jagged & not fine outlines & unclear graphics, as seen below.ģ:- Extreme shadows behind the other cars as seen below.Ĥ:- Graphics settings inside the GP4 game, not sure what to select here as resolution (my monitor is 27" with a max resolution of 1920 x 1080)ĥ:- ZaZ Tools CSM Graphics settings through 'The Mod Configurables' - what resolution should I select here?Ħ:- This is the " f1graphics.cfg" notepad file. Someone suggested to check/change the settings in ' f1graphics.cfg', I tried as he suggested, circled in red, but did not see any change, perhaps I misunderstood him, myself being a rookie in installation stuff. I am also uploading screenshots to show my settings, inside the game GP4, & also settings through ZaZ Tools, CSM The Mod configurables. I am uploading the screenshots which show the poor graphics I am having, together with the unwanted shadows of the other cars in the race. My graphics card is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti My monitor is a 27" monitor with resolution 1920x1080. This time the issue I am facing is with the graphics. I had to re-install everything as for some reason GP4 would not run.
